Roman Blind Measuring Guide
Inside Recess Roman Blind
This is the measurement you need to take if you want your blind to fit inside the window recess. To be sure of the best possible fit, take time to measure your window carefully.
A. Measuring the width: Measure the width of your window recess from wall to wall.
Take measurements at three different points just in case your window is not square and write down the smallest measurement.
This measurement is called 'Inside Recess' (See fig. 1).
B. Measuring the drop: Measure the height of your window recess from top to sill.
Take measurements at three different points just in case your window is not square and write down the smallest measurement.
A small deduction for clearance will be taken by us from your supplied measurements to ensure your blind can operate smoothly and
fits within the recess.
It's important that you carefully measure your windows to ensure your roman blinds fit correctly.

Outside Recess Roman Blind
This is the measurement you need to take if you want your blind to fit outside the window recess. To be sure of the best possible fit, take time to measure your window carefully.
A. Measuring the width: Measure the width that you would like your roman blind.
This measurement is called 'Outside Recess' (See fig. 2).
B. Measuring the drop: Measure the length that you would like your roman blind.
Your blind will be made to your given sizes.
