Hi there, I received my order of a roman blind today and I just wanted to tell you I am absolutley delighted. The blind arrived just over 2 weeks from date of order and was so easy to install.  With the inclusion of clear instructions I had the blind on the window in 10mins. It looks fantastic and the quality is better than I had hoped.  So thank you once again for a great service and a beautiful end product.

I just want to say how delighted I am with all my new curtains;  they arrived in just over 2 weeks from ordering which is fantastic, and already have the sitting room curtains up. They are beautifully made and the exact sizes as requested, and make such an impact on the room. I now cannot wait until the bedroom is decorated, so the curtains for that room can be hung as well. I will readily recommend John Gallen to anyone;  my query on Roman Blinds was answered in less than 24 hours, as well as my other query on lining for curtains. Thanks for the cushions which have been safely received. I am very pleased with them - my husband is allergic to feathers and it is really difficult to find good quality cushions which aren't stuffed with feathers. Even places like John Lewis do not have them.

I have just received my roman blinds and have put them up (which was nice and easy) and I have to say they are BEAUTIFUL. I am so pleased that my husband joked at me, to stop looking at them! I spent weeks/months agonising over what I should buy and where from and am sssoooo pleased I bought from yourselves - the quality and workmanship are second to none. When I telephoned your office for extra info, the lady who answered was very friendly and helpful too! An outstanding service - I will definately use you again and be recommending you to others. I'd like to say how impressed I am with your efficiency. I asked for a few fabric samples to help me choose cushions and was amazed by how swiftly they arrived. When I then ordered two cushions I was kept informed by email at every stage and the cushions have just arrived, only 9 days after I ordered them. I'm very pleased with their quality and altogether this was an excellent internet shopping experience, comparable with the sort of service that one receives from a large international organization like Amazon.
